We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case you have;

1) Received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or; received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us.

2) In case you are not happy with the quality of the product, you can simply return the product to us. We will replace the product or refund entire amount plus return shipping charges. Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to 10% of product cost.

3) Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

4) Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days. 

Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email our sales support immediately.
